Is borosilicate glass body-safe?
Yes. Medical-grade borosilicate glass is non-porous, hypoallergenic, free of BPA and phthalates, and can be sterilized completely. It is the gold-standard glass for intimate products.
Can I warm or cool a glass toy?
Borosilicate conducts and holds temperature beautifully. Soak it in comfortably warm or cool water for a few minutes, always testing on your inner wrist first. Never boil, microwave, freeze or shock it with sudden temperature changes.
What if my glass toy breaks?
Borosilicate is strong, but no glass is unbreakable. Inspect before every use; if you find a chip, crack or rough edge, retire the piece immediately and do not attempt to glue it. Defects in craftsmanship are covered by the 3-year warranty.
Which lubricants can I use?
Any — water-based, silicone, hybrid and oil-based lubricants are all safe on borosilicate glass (unlike silicone toys). Clean all residue off after use.
