What we collect
We collect only what is needed to process and ship your order: name, shipping address, email and payment details handled by our payment provider Creem.io. We never store full card numbers on our servers.
How we use it
To fulfil orders, provide tracking and support, prevent fraud, and — only with consent — send occasional product and care emails. We never sell, rent or share your data with third-party advertisers.
Cookies & local storage
We use essential cookies and browser local storage for the shopping cart, age confirmation, language preference and optional wallet login. Clearing browser storage resets these preferences.
Your rights
You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting support. We respond within 30 days in line with GDPR and applicable privacy laws.
