Age requirement
GlassSexToy sells adult products exclusively to customers aged 18 or older (21+ where required by local law). By accessing this site or placing an order you confirm you meet the applicable legal age.
Products & safety
Glass products are breakable. You agree to inspect every piece before use, follow the included care instructions, and stop using any chipped or cracked item immediately. Products are sold as novelty items for consenting adults.
Orders & pricing
All prices are in USD. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in case of pricing errors, stock issues or suspected fraud. Confirmation of an order does not constitute acceptance until payment is verified.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GlassSexToy is not liable for misuse, improper temperature handling, or failure to inspect products. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
Governing terms
These terms are interpreted in line with the consumer-protection laws of your country of residence. Mandatory local rights always take precedence.
